1. Promoter The Sunshine Coast Young Chamber of Commerce

2. Eligibility The competition is open to current, past or future members of the Sunshine Coast Young Chamber of Commerce aged 18 years or over.

3. Entry Period The competition opens on 19 December 2025 and closes on the 12th January 2026. All survey responses must be submitted by 11:59pm AEST on the closing date to be eligible for entry.

4. How to Enter To enter, participants must complete the full survey at https://form.typeform.com/to/GfN2teHk. One entry per person.

5. Prize The prize consists of one (1) complimentary ticket to all Sunshine Coast Young Chamber of Commerce events held during the 2026 calendar year (1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026). Total prize value is approximately $600. The prize does not include travel, accommodation or any other costs associated with attending events.

6. Prize Draw The prize draw will take place at Salty Spaces, Mooloolaba on the 13 January 2026. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification The winner will be notified via phone and/or email within seven (7) days of the draw using the contact details provided in their survey response. The winner must respond and claim their prize within twenty-eight (28) days of notification. If an eligible winner does not claim the prize by this date, a redraw will be conducted on 16 February at the same location.

8. Prize Conditions

• The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
• The prize is non-transferable and must be used by the original winner.
• The prize holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for alternative prizes.
• The prize is valid for 2026 events only and cannot be used for events in any other year.
• The winner’s name may be published on the Sunshine Coast Young Chamber of Commerce website and social media channels.

9. General Conditions

• The Sunshine Coast Young Chamber of Commerce’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Entries become the property of the Sunshine Coast Young Chamber of Commerce.

10. Privacy Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Sunshine Coast Young Chamber of Commerce’s privacy policy. Information will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this competition, delivering the prize and for marketing purposes with consent.

11. Liability Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), the Sunshine Coast Young Chamber of Commerce (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition or the prize.

12. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
